Rachel Ragsdale LPC, BCN
Founder and Owner
Rachel Ragsdale, Founder and Owner, of NeurOptimize is a licensed professional counselor and board certified neurofeedback specialist. She holds her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Baylor University. Rachel oversees clinical operations at all NeurOptimize locations. She also supervises all team specialists and is in charge of qEEG analysis, treatment planning, and protocol creation.
Rachel’s life was changed by her own personal neurofeedback experience over 10 years ago. She credits her brain change to her life change and is so thankful she was able to go through her own neurofeedback so she can give back to others now. Because of her personal walk, Rachel values each and every clients personal journey with neurofeedback and aims to make it exceptional for each personal walking through the door. At NeurOptimize we want clients to find hope, restoration, and transformation!
Rachel loves spending time with her dog and her family. She has a two year old son named Jordan that she adores! She is an avid golfer, adrenaline junky, and she loves everything the outdoors has to offer! She would tell you that NeurOptimize is her other baby and she cares for it as such.
Carli Torr LPC, BCN
Founder and Owner
Carli Torr, Founder and Owner, of NeurOptimize is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board Certified Neurofeedback Specialist (BCN). She holds her Masters of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Carli helps to oversee the clinical operations at all NeurOptimize locations along with overseeing the clinical team of neurofeedback specialist. Carli is in charge of treatment planning, protocol creation, and qEEG anaylsis.
Carli believes in the client experience and values customer service, communication, and clear expectations. She wants everyone that walks in the door to know that they are valued, cared for, and being treated to the highest of standards. Carli believes that life, especially the challenging parts of it, are not meant to be done alone and is passionate about creating a caring environment and experience. Life change is possible with support and Neurofeedback!
In her off time, Carli, loves spending time hiking, doing yoga, walking her puppies, being with her family, and enjoying everything the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer!
Director of qEEG Analysis and Education
Neurofeedback Therapist and Counselor
Joe has a Masters Degree in Somatic Counseling from Naropa University. He received his Bachelors of Science in Sports Science, on the Sports Psychology track, with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Utah. His clinical focus spans from ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional/affect arousal, sleep, trauma, among others. He is committed to helping clients work with mental health challenges by addressing the physical manifestations in the brain and body. Additionally, he is focused on helping athletes with peak performance and recovery.
Joe is a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Therapist and is currently working on his Board Certification in Heart Rate Variability. Joe did his Internship at Compassion Road Academy in Denver working with a culturally diverse population of at-risk High School Students.
Joe loves spending time with his children and his dog. He is an avid climber and AMGA (American Mountain Guide Association) single pitch instructor, an avid skier with competitive backgrounds in both Alpine and Mogul Skiing, he held a masters skydiving license, was a competitive road and mountain cyclist, and is up for almost any adventure in the mountains.
Lead Neurofeedback Specialist
Angie Noack is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, certified psychotherapist, and Neurofeedback Specialist. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University where she graduated with honors. Further, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and Music Performance from Mid-America Christian University. Her clinical experience ranges from treatments of addictions, domestic violence, anxiety, and depression, to concussion recovery and performance anxiety.
Angie is in the process of becoming a Board Certified Professional in Neurofeedback. She uses brain mapping and neurofeedback to identify areas in the brain that need strengthening and, ultimately, healing. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment by combining her skills as a trained counselor with her experience in neurofeedback to help change her clients’ lives for the better.
Angie is originally from Washington State where she learned to love everything the great outdoors has to offer! She values fitness and snuggling her puppies whenever she gets the chance.
Gina Karnisovas LPC
Lead Neurofeedback Specialist and Counselor – CENTENNIAL, CO
Gina has a Master Degree in Human Development with a specialization in sport psychology from Boston University. She has also earned a Master Degree in Mental Health and Counseling, an Education Specialist degree and completed an additional certificate program in sport psychology at Seton Hall University. Her experience with sport and performance psychology has helped her navigate life as much as it’s guided her in helping others. For nearly 20 years she’s been intimately involved in the world of sports both personally and professionally. She holds 2 Black Belts, one in Mixed Martial Arts and another in Tae Kwon Do. She is an avid runner and competes in occasional mixed distance events. She has worked in the field of neurofeedback for the last 3 years and strongly believes in the efficacy of training the brain to self-regulate. She has completed the basic certification course work and is working toward her board certification in neurofeedback through BCIA. Additionally, Gina is a licensed professional counselor. She has worked for more than 10 years counseling and coaching individuals of all ages, groups/families and performers and is adept at tailoring action plans to the unique needs of the client.
Registered Psychotherapist (NLC) -Denver Tech Center, CO
Neurofeedback Specialist and Counseling Intern
Lindsey Pfenninger is a certified psychotherapist and Neurofeedback Specialist. She is currently working towards her Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University and has been inducted into the Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Bethany College in Lindsborg Kansas. Her clinical experience ranges from treatment of child, youth and adults with cognitive and behavioral disorders such as PTSD, conduct disorder, anxiety and depression.
Lindsey is currently obtaining her LPC and believes Neurofeedback is an added course of treatment in order to promote healing from a holistic approach. She believes this course of treatment provides hope and faith that today’s struggles, do not have to be lifelong struggles. She has had her own personal neurofeedback experience and believes that the hope and faith she now holds, is credited to her neurofeedback training.
Lindsey is a Colorado native and loves going on hikes with her family and spending time in the mountains whenever she can. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes!
Chelsea Polak NLC
Registered Psychotherapist (NLC) – ROTATING CLINICS
Chelsea Polak received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology as well as a Certificate in Public Health from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is working towards becoming a registered psychotherapist. Her role is assisting other members of the Neuroptimize team by filling in for them and maintaining close communication to ensure coherence in treatment.
Chelsea is devoted to finding life-long solutions to complex issues related to the brain and enjoys supporting clients on their journey to wellness. She believes providing people with the tools to transform their brain will empower them to be the best versions of themselves, allowing them to contribute to the lives of others in meaningful ways.
Chelsea loves traveling the world, spending time with loved ones, gaining new experiences, going to concerts, and being outside.
Andrea Rosenhahn, NLC
Registered Psychotherapist – Highlands Ranch
Andrea Rosenhahn got her BA from Colorado State University. She studied Communication Studies and Business Administration. In addition to being a neurofeedback specialist, Andrea is currently working on obtaining her psychotherapy license.
Andrea is passionate about caring for clients. She values each individual that comes into our offices and what makes their stories unique. Andrea and the NeurOptimize team are here to alleviate symptoms and restore mental health with the commitment to heal and strengthen individuals brains through neurofeedback.
When she is not in the office, Andrea enjoys spending her spare time traveling, being with her family, doing calligraphy, crafting and of course as a Colorado native, enjoying activities outdoors!

Lead Neurofeedback Technician
Sarah Murphy attended college at the University of Nebraska. After moving to Colorado 12 years ago, she put her Interior Design practices to the side, as health and fitness quickly found themselves as prominent fixtures in her life. Several fitness and nutrition certifications later and after years of helping others lose extreme amounts of weight, she then found herself participating in several fitness competitions. Noticing societies heightened awareness of physical self, BODY, she found herself looking beyond that for the next level of MIND & SOUL. She then found the NeurOptimize team and quickly realized that Neurofeedback was in fact the next HUGE way that people could drastically change their lives, MIND BODY & SOUL. Sarah dove into this career with every ounce of her being, understanding that neurofeedback was in fact the next BIG step that every human needed to participate in. She has completed the basic certification course work and is working toward her board certification in neurofeedback through BCIA.
Director of Neurofeedback Services, Dallas
Kim Brown is a Neurofeedback Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Kinesiology from the University of Houston. She is also a Certified Life Coach. In addition, Kim is in the process of becoming a Board Certified Professional in Neurofeedback. Over the last 10 years Kim’s experience and expertise has been rooted in youth sports performance where she has found her passion in training and mentoring athletes, with a focus on mental peak performance. She has received training and certifications from NASM, NSCA and IMG Academy.
Kim is an advocate for addressing mental health across all spectrums and believes Neurofeedback can be the answer for so many individuals wanting to improve their brain health and enjoy their everyday life, as we all deserve.
When Kim is not watching or participating in sports she loves to explore new cultures through travel, go on “kid dates” with her niece and nephew and enjoy a good ol’ comedy or magic show with her friends in Dallas!
